Software update - PA 3020

Need support for software upgrade. Please advise, upgrade path and supported latest updates. 

Current version: 9.1.13-h1

It looks like the last supported PAN-OS for the PA-3020s is 9.1. The current preferred release for 9.1 is 9.1.17, the newest release is 9.1.17-h1.

For going from 9.1.13-h1 to either 9.1.17 or 9.1.17-h1 would be as follows:

- Export named configuration snapshot (this is a backup just in case its needed)

- Then download and install 9.1.17

- Reboot firewall

Something to note The PA-3020s go EOL Oct 31st 2024.

Also to add the information that @Claw4609  provided. PANOS 9.1 has been extended its EOL to June 30, 2024. @Claw4609 pointed out that the hardware EOL is end of this year as well.

The minimum content version is 8332, which is the 9.1 minimum so you should already be at at least this. Being 9.1 is still supported you would still be able to download the latest content update, which appears to be 8816
