Hello guys,
Need a small help. We faced ab issue were even after we have set the logs to be forwarded to CDL, the system logs are not being sent to CDL.
Can someone help me with why this could be happening

could you issue command: request logging-service-forwarding status to check status of log forwarding?
If everything is configured correctly and logs are not being sent or status is "not connected" could you restart management and log receiver services with below commands:
debug software restart process management-server
debug software restart process log-receiver
