ACC on Panorama show only risk 1

Hi everyone,

 I have a problem with ACC on Panorama showing only risk 1. 

Using Panorama-VM and Firewall PA-440

I try to

-restart management server on Firewall and Panorama.

-upgrade panorama from PAN10.1.8 to 10.1.9-h1

     currently, panorama running PAN-OS 10.1.9-h1, Firewall running PAN-OS 10.1.8-h2

Now, I tried to rejoin the device to panorama again but it didn't work. 

Do you have any further advice in this case?

Did you fix this? Having the same issue after upgrading to 10.1.9.

Im experiencing the same issue after upgrading panorama from 9.1 to 10.1.9-h1. Did anyone find a solution?

TAC resolve my issue as below.

1. ACC on panorama show only risk 1
++ Issue resolved after performing the below steps
[ sdb cfg.report.cache-mode=0 ]
[ masterd reportd restart ]
++ Post this we were able to see all risk level factor on Panorama for all devices.
2. PA-440 not shown under Managed devices- > health tab in Panorama
++ From configd.log , could find the below error messages

Currently, ACC shows risk normally.

My issue is solved as well, via TAC with root access and with mentioned commands.
