L1 Bithead

My PAN-OS Version is 10.2.7-h8 and use PA-820

I try to allow google translate, and block other URL(include google search、google drive...)

When I follow the link as below, but not successfully.

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/advanced-url-filtering/administration/configuring-url-filtering/ur...

The policy as below

URL Filter:

add a URL Category,named『google translate』,and input "translate.google.com.^"、"translate.google.com.tw.^"

Policy:

1.destination:any

1.Application:any

2.Service/URL Category:Service Any, URL Category add the 『google translate』

Sometimes,I can browse the translate website, but the translate function is fail.ex:can't change language on right area,or type the text but can't translate on right area.

Hi @yasheng ,

It doesn't look like there is an error with your policy. If you are getting to the website and the translate function is not working, I would recommend running a packet capture to see what is going on under the hood, if anything.
