Hi everyone,
I had found similar community questions but with no answers. A thing in common is the Panorama version which is 10.1.5, surprisingly is my Panorama version as well.
Can someone confirm that this is a known issue?

Hello @IMTechSupport
this is a known issue in PAN-OS 10.1.X and 10.2.X. Here is corresponding KB: https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000wlTVCAY
In this KB, it is mentioned that it is planned to be fixed in 10.2.3, however I can't see anything related to this in release note though: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-2/pan-os-release-notes/pan-os-10-2-3-known-and-addressed...
Kind Regards
