Hi all,
Recently, our Panorama instance failed on us and I'm having to rebuild the VM from scratch.
I've gone through all setup and ensured licenses applied to Panorama. I am trying to now re-add one of our client firewalls, but it will not connect. I have checked traffic for port 3978, applied device certificate to Panorama, checked MGMT settings on both sides, committed changes on both sides, and still having no luck. Not sure what else to do to get the firewall to connect. Please help.
Many thanks,
Jared

Hello @JaredBaglietto
thank you for post!
There could be many things causing this. As a starting point, could you please check logs on Panorama from CLI: tail lines 500 mp-log configd.log? Search for Serial Number of the Firewall having an issue. This should give more details. If you spot anything related to "SC3" error, please use this KB for recovery. Alternatively, could you post an error you are seeing in the log?
Also, could you please confirm the PAN-OS version on Panorama as well as on Firewall side?
Thank you
Pavel

Hi Pavel,
Many thanks for your reply. The CLI has proven unresponsive as well. Suspect at this rate the Panorama has gone corrupt, so have opened a ticket with support. Many thanks anyway.
