Hello everyone, can someone help me figure out, how is secure communication built between managed firewalls and Panorama. The issue is that one of the firewalls lost connection, it was an ssl eror, I went by procedure recommended by panw to re-establish connection.
But when consulting knowledgebase (https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000kGjUCAU&lang=en_US%E2%80%A...) I've encountered following command: show system state | match cfg.ms.ca . After trying it, some of the firewalls didn't output anything at all (those were firewalls, where connection was fine). When checking connected devices on panorama firewalls where cfg.ms.ca wasn't outputed Certificate subject name is equal to firewalls S/N, while others were keys.
So can someone explain me what is the role of these keys and how they work. Also if someone can tell me why ssl connection failed in the first place, no failed to get SNI/CCN errors on affected device, I was able to find that SC3: Certificate change notification (0->1) was never triggered on it, but I didn't find root cause of this issue.
