In this case, Panorama is not displaying the logs report correctly. So, I suggested the following :
https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClK8CAK
Then, I shared my action plan:
1. you could access the Panorama tab >set up >log export and reporting and change "Max rows in CSV export" and "Max Rows in user activity report"; as they are with default.
"Max rows in CSV export" default 65535 and can be extended to 1048576.
"Max Rows in user activity report" default 5000 and can be extended up to 1048576.
2.Based on the official documentation https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClaPCAS
3. You can see the path in the attached image
4. If the behavior after this is still occurring please apply the following command after hours > debug software restart process logd
however, we found out the following :
After the recommended configuration, the same problem is still displayed, when exporting the first CSV is downloaded normally, but when exporting a second, third or fourth report, the number of logs decreases as shown in the following image. After a fifth report (Log5), the required number of logs is again downloaded.

the first time I got 15k lines and now I am getting 40k lines .however everytime that I attempted to get CSV the number decreases for example : I started gathering 40k lines and second time 38600 lines , third time 36000 lines on threat logs. Is this expected ? 60days filter.
