Trying to add a external IP on whitelist and modifying existing policy but it was on read only mode in panorama

Trying to add a external IP on whitelist and modifying existing policy but it was on read only mode in panorama as well as going into specific site the policy was on read mode only.

I see this both on panorama global settings as well as going into specific device

Hello @weezy

 

To me it looks like that security policy in your screen shot is inherited from a Device Group "Branch". The policies that are inhered can't be edited. Could you go directly to Device Group called "Branch" and add the IP address to the policy from there?
