Hi All,
I'm trying to update Panorama version 10.1.8 to 10.2.0 but failed.
The error indicates that:
Failed to install 10.2.0 with the following errors.
SW version is 10.2.0
Error: Upgrade from 10.1.8 to 10.2.0 not allowed, 10.2.0 and greater not supported.
Failed to install version 10.2.0 type cms

could you please confirm what Panorama platform are you trying to upgrade? If you are upgrading M-500, then highest supported PAN-OS version is 10.1: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/compatibility-matrix/supported-os-releases-by-model/palo-alto-netw...
