Panorama not showing log after upgrade to 10.1.8

Hi all, We are having trouble with panorama not showing log ( for certain device group) after upgrade to 10.1.8. It is a known issue for 10.1.8 as below ? Automate / orchestrate 100s of firewall upgrades

Hi All, Is there a way to automate and/or orchestrate upgrades of PA firewalls? We have 100s that need to be upgraded from version 8.x to 10.x and the current workflow to upgrade is too tedious (i.e lots of manual checks and clicking around panorama, maintenance release patching before getting to 10.x, downloading versions, plugin updates, etc...
