Hi Team,
I am currently facing an issue with the PAB installation. The status has been stuck in the “Initializing” phase for several days without progressing further. Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and suggest possible steps to resolve it?

Have you tried reloading your browser? i've seen it get 'stuck' simply because the browser didn't want to update the status for some reason
If you tried this and it's still stuck, your only recourse will be to reach out to support (or your local SE)

Thanks for the suggestion! I gave it a try, but it still didn’t work. I’ve now reached out to support and opened a ticket.

What about permission issues as if you are installing this on a not admin PC this could be it. Maybe upgrade the latest version and try installing with admin rights also this is Windows machine right?
Also for PAB LIVEcommunity - Prisma Access Discussions - LIVEcommunity is a better place of a discussion as this not the new Agent that replaces the globalprotect app but the Prisma Access Browser.

I’m working on a Windows machine and have already tried every possible troubleshooting step I could think of, but unfortunately I haven’t had any success. I raised a support ticket, but so far there’s been no response, which has been a disappointing experience. If anyone in the community can guide me on an easier way to reach support or suggest a more effective approach, I’d really appreciate it. At this point, I’m completely stuck and need help moving forward.
