Hello,

our customer has a lansweeper and needs to monitor devices connected via Global Protect,

is it possible to reach (ping) these devices from the DC passing throug the Service Connection,

Yes you can. See https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/prisma-access/administration/ztna-connector-in-prisma-access as you need SC in that case and not ZTNA Connector for SC initiated traffic.
