@DickyAnggara , I understand you are trying to understand why the BGP is stating "not enable" if though it is showing up under the BGP Status tab. If you can confirm the BGP is operational as expected, then I would assume this is a cosmetic issue. And you can bring it up with the PAN support team so they can look into that to determine to root cause of that behavior.

Hello,

In Service Connection settings, BGP is “Not Enabled”

In Monitor > Data Center BGP Status, BGP is “UP”

This usually happens when:

BGP is enabled on the VPN Gateway, but not on the service connection itself — or it's only partially configured.

You may have enabled BGP on the VPN Gateway level, but not toggled BGP in the Virtual WAN hub’s connection settings.

Go to the Virtual WAN > Hub > Connections

Click your Service Connection (to on-prem or another VNet)

Check if BGP is enabled under the connection settings.

If not, toggle it ON

Save and let it update (takes a few minutes)

Monitor > Data Center BGP Status shows the actual session state (like peering is established).

The Service Connection UI shows whether you intended BGP to be active — and can show “Not Enabled” if it's not explicitly configured there, even if the session works at a lower level.

Best Regard,

Rechard
