Hello PaloAlto Network Team,
I manage Prisma Access with Panorama.
Until now, I've received alert notifications as Insights Alerts.
However, recently notifications have started coming from SCM.
The notifications I receive from SCM differ in many ways from the notifications from Insights Alerts.
In Insights Alerts, an alert was notified as "AL_RN_SITE_DOWN," and I was notified both when it occurred and when it was resolved.
However, in SCM, it is notified as "All tunnels for the Remote Network site XXXX are down."
And not notified even when it's resolved.
What category and severity should I set to receive notifications the same as Insights Alerts?
Also, there are currently no changes to notifications for Prisma Access upgrades.
Will this continue to change in the future?
If you have any information, please let me know.
Regards,

Hey @Y.Narita347153 , Just as a note this is the free tech forum made from people like you and me that utlize palo alto products and help each other. The question "Will this continue to change in the future?" needs to be directed to support or other channels if you seek answer to it.
About the change have you reviewed the available options from the menu ? As for example :
Incidents: Strata Cloud Manager
Create a Notification Rule for Alerts in Strata Cloud Manager

Also as seen under INC_RN_SITE_DOWN and AL_RN_SITE_DOWN there are no predefined alerts (notification or priority) for the reverse event, so as I shared in the previous update try configuring notification rule and if don't see the condition options for something like "SITE_UP" open a support case.
