Prisma Access China - push config failed

Hi,

Anyone experienced this error when pushing the configuration? This is a customer located in China. I have tried disabling the default security policy "internet-access-default" but still push config error.

by quick look the failure is caused by new URL category Browser-Runtime-Attack that was introduced recently. This is resulting invalid reference. Perform content update and make sure that new URL category is available.

Thanks for your response. Customer is using SCM for Prisma Access management. Can't find a way to update the content. can see the browser-runtime-attack in the access control but cannot modify the action.

thank you for reply.

I was looking into release notes and it looks like the Browser-Runtime-Attack was released in the application content update 9062 released on 29th January 2026. Unfortunately, I am using Panorama managed Prisma Access, therefore I am not familiar with SCM managed Prisma Access, however based on documentation it looks like the update scheduling option is in this section: Schedule Dynamic Content Updates.
