Time Zone Issues with Prisma Global Protect

L1 Bithead

Been having issues with users computers changing timezones when connected to prisma access, I am not sure why this is happening. I assume its connecting to different gateways because "best available" is used. Any ideas where to look to see whats going on?

The globalprotect VPN agent no matter if it is for prisma access or on-prem Palo Alto NGFW does not change the time zone on a PC but if you are using "" VPN + domain policy or remote desktop  "" or "" VPN + IP-based auto time zone (some rare configurations) "" or "" VPN + GPS/location spoofing "". See with your Desktop Admins.

You can also view the below features as the source ip of the traffic after Prisma Access to be from the closest gateway and with the least posible egress addresses as to configure your GPO windows AD policy or other feature that uses dynamic timezone locations that is based probably of the source IP addresses or their geolocation.
