Internet1 interface not coming up after enabling bypass pair on ION 3000

I have Two ION-3000 in HA. The internet1 interface on first ION3000 is not coming up and there is no light on it. However, the same Internet1 bypass pair through ION-2 where it's working fine.

Need to find out what is wrong with first ION3000 internet1 interface. It works fine when we breakdown/decoupled the bypass pair into single internet1 port.

Hi @rushwag 

Please check if the site is in disabled/analytics mode. The bypass pair will not work in those modes.  You need the site in control mode to get those bypass pairs working.
