PAN SD-WAN tunnel netflow

On our firewalls we have deployed we have netflow enabled for all the interfaces. However I am wondering if there is a way to get netflow on the SD-WAN auto-generated tunnels so we can monitor those as well. Thanks

ION 3000 hardware versions? v2.1 vs v2.2

Hi there, I have two ION 3000 devices here with different version numbers written on the information label. One of them is labelled v2.1 and one of them is labelled v2.2. I've attached a photo of the information labels showing the different version numbers. 1. I'm curious to know the differences between them? I can't find anything, anywhere ...

Palo alto Prisma Site deployment.

We have a site(Spoke) where we have one internet and MPLS circuit terminating on ION 3K. We have set up HA on ion 3k. This site doesn't have a DIA Internet circuit but a Shared one and gets IP from DHCP. The problem is when failover happens(bouncing Lan2 which is being tracked) the site goes down. Any suggestions?

Resolved! Question about MDI/MDIX

Hello everyone, I'm looking into the documentation of Prisma SD-WAN trying to confirm if ION devices can work with any type of cable or if there is any kind of restriction. In other words, do the NIC support auto MDI/MDIX? If someone could link the documentation material used to confirm this, I would appreciate it very much Thanks in advance

Internet1 interface not coming up after enabling bypass pair on ION 3000

I have Two ION-3000 in HA. The internet1 interface on first ION3000 is not coming up and there is no light on it. However, the same Internet1 bypass pair through ION-2 where it's working fine.Need to find out what is wrong with first ION3000 internet1 interface. It works fine when we breakdown/decoupled the bypass pair into single internet1 port.

Interface 1 is the internet facing interface. Traffic to internet is fu...

Prisma SD-WAN Virtual Bypass Pair On 3108v

How do you properly setup 'Virtual Bypass Pairs' on virtual IONs for a branch HA design? The Palo documentation implies you can use bypass pairs (via the link below), but the configuration is not straightforward. I'm trying to setup branch HA on a couple of 3108v on VMware ESXi. https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/prisma/prisma-sd-wan/prisma-sd-...

Finding a rogue IP in Prisma SD-WAN

Greetings. Looks like someone misconfigured a global/local slider and we're receiving a /32 IP address in the BGP route table from the Data Center IONs. I'd like to identify the offending site quickly - is there an easy way to locate an IP by site using the portal? Prisma SD-WAN
