Internet1 interface not coming up after enabling bypass pair on ION 3000

I have Two ION-3000 in HA. The internet1 interface on first ION3000 is not coming up and there is no light on it. However, the same Internet1 bypass pair through ION-2 where it's working fine.

Need to find out what is wrong with first ION3000 internet

ION2000 when connected to Internet fails to show up under unclaimed devices on the SD-WAN portal

Here are some of the commnds I ean on ION2K via console:

ion toolkit# dump controller status
Controller Connection : Partially Connected
Number of Active Connections : 1

SD-WAN: ION2000 issue with getting registered with the portal

I have a brand new ION2000 that is connected to Internet however it does not show up under unclaimed devices on the SD-WAN port.
