SCM vs SASE for SDWAN Link Quality

L1 Bithead

How do I get to the information for link quality for a single site in SCM?  the graphs in the old SASE portal were very useful .  path to get there in SASE: Monitor>Activity>Link Quality and enter a specific site I wanted to view.

In SCM : Monitor > branch sites > Prisma SDWan

not seeing the info that was useful with the overall link Quality, link jitter , latency , packet loss link MOS.

In SCM Monitor>Branch Sites > site Summary / circuit health stuff was also in SASE but I didnt like it and when i was using SASE I would always go to  Monitor>Activity>Link Quality

Thank you.   I had a TAC session and I mentioned that the page I liked was gone.  He showed me how to find the one I was looking for.

Here's the process:

Workflow > Prisma SDWAN setup > Branch Sites.

Get into the site you're interested in.

Click Site Summary (top left)

In the Devices block there's a tiny link called (Status) next to "Peers".  Click on Status.

Now you're in the environment where you have the choice of "Network, Media , Link Quality . . . etc"

The legacy "flows" tool that's here isnt as good as the new one.

Hi

Hopefully this will help, if you go to Monitor on the left hand menu in SCM, Then select either Branch sites or Data Centre (I assume from your query that it would be Branch), make sure you select the Prisma SD-WAN (in case you have Prisma as well) then under the Prisma SD-WAN Tab Title you will see Map, list, Activity, flows, I always choose list instead of navigating through the maps, and then select your site, you should have all the metrics for that site there, Jitter and so on can be seen by selecting the ION devices from within that screen.

Hope that helps!
