About Gururaj

Hi All, After deploying PaloAlto in VWire mode the router getting hanged,.. again after rebooting the router again works fine for hours and again gets hanged (Router have 1G interface). We have set the negotiation to "Auto" in both PaloAlto and router.. Can any one provide the troubleshooting steps or resolution for this issue. Hi All, How to export all logs ( eg 5 moths detailed) to CSV or any other format? From monitor -> logs -> traffic i tried to export to CSV but it showing only for one day, is there any way to export all logs? Hi All, Model- 2050  and PANOS- 5.0.6 In security policies groups are showed as a single user and any new user added to that group are not getting identified by the PaloAlto firewall. In source user column in policy showing single user icon instead group icon. But existing users in group are getting identified ( this issue is only for newly added users ) I verified using below commands and it seems everything is fine. #show rulebase security rules test_rule          -----Showed source user as "xyz\test_group" ( group which i have used in security policy ) >show user group name xyz\test_group          ------Showed all the users in that group including newly added users. >debug user-id refresh group mapping all       -------- Given message that refresh is successful. Hi All, Is it possible to fetch UPN (universal principle name) from AD using User ID agent? In our organization domain login name will be alphanumeric eg :      Login name :    palo1039                                                                                                   Account name : paloalto123 UPN :  paloalto123@labnewage.com When user logs in with login name its very difficult to identify the exact user because user name will be in alphanumeric  CHE1234, CHE4356 Also we allow user to use UPN to login, when users login with the UPN is it possible fetch the the UPN name instead of login name again. Any settings required in AD?
