Software I use for help desk support is being flagged as generic.ml
The likely cause - The software was just updated to contain the latest version of the popular ultravnc 1.2.2.4 found here and released yesterday 03/14/2019. http://www.uvnc.com/downloads/ultravnc.html
EZhelp simply runs UVNC in a more secure manner through the use of a required password and limiting its use to just one ipaddress so that it's use can't be abused. This can be somewhat verified by looking at the files extracted in the behavior section of VirusTotal. Each of the files are the normal uvnc files.
