False positive report

L0 Member

Hello,

https://www.ampyazilim.com.tr

Our site www.ampyazilim.com.tr on virustotal.com the autoshun engine (now closed, there is no such engine at the current state) is marked as Malicious, therefore It is also labeled as high risk on https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com/query/. This is a false positive.

Our site is a site that has been online for more than 24 years and mainly serves public institutions. Our site does not contain any harmful content in regular audits.

We have been working with the security company quttera.com for the audit of our site for 8 months. So far, no security vulnerability or risk has been detected on our sites. We think that this situation is 'False Positive', that is, false labeling.

You can check the current scan results of Quttera.com from the link below.
https://quttera.com/detailed_report/www.ampyazilim.com.tr

In addition, you can review the report of our site https://www.ampyazilim.com.tr on virustotal.com

We kindly request that this flase positive status on virustotal.com and https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com/query/ be corrected.

Best Regards

Hell0 @frkgns ,

That certainly sounds frustrating.  Here is the procedure to submit a change for a mis-categorized URL -> https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClpGCAS.

Sorry for the problem.

Thanks,

Tom

I updated the category to "Computer and Internet Info"
Now the site is shown as high risk in

Palo Alto Networks URL filtering - Test A Site

The false positive situation continues unfortunately

Thanks
