It works well before reboot. After reboot, log collectors are showing disconnected and not detected peer log collectors. Not sure is there any firewall is blocking between the two panoramas.

Could you please login to log collector and get logs to see what is happening: tail lines 200 mp-log ms.log
Based on details of the logs, I would take troubleshooting further.
Log collector will initiate a connection to Panorama with destination port TCP: 3978. Just in case, could you make sure that you can get to: https://<Panorama IP address>:3978 ? Make sure that certificate is not expired.

Thanks for your help. Based on the log, I found TCP port 3978 is blocking. Now the log collectors are connected once I opened FWs.
