Unable to create tac case

We get a single sign-on error when we open the tac-case to Palo Alto Network.

 

We opened a portal from incognito windows and still, we are getting same errors.

were you able to open support cases before or is this your first attempt?

 

if this is the first time, check your licences to verify if you are allowed to open support cases. If you have 'backline' or 'partner enabled premium support' this means you need to get in touch with your support partner (likely the company that sold you your devices/services) and will not be able to open cases yourself

 

if you've opened cases before, try a different computer or wait a while (maybe there's a maintenance going on or something, i'm able to get into support cases at the moment)
