I've followed all of the steps in the AIOps onboarding guide but a Cortex Data Lake instance is not appearing in the hub despite waiting several days. I'm expecting to see the free telemetry only instance created according to the documentation since we are not a CDL customer.
In my firewall logs I can see they are successfully uploading the device telemetry once per hour. The device certificate shows "valid". I'm running version pan-os 10.1.8.
What do I need to do in order to get the CDL instance to appear in the hub?

Has anyone found a solution to this? I am having the same problem.
Firewall has been onboarded and showing in the AIOps instance. AIOps states the firewall is sending telemetry, but there is no data about the firewall.
In the Tenet view of the hub, the AIOps instance is showing in Common Services > Tenet Management but not the Cortex Data Lake instance.
In the Support Account view, however, under Settings > Manage Apps, it's only showing the Cortex Data Lake Instance but not the AIOps instance.
