Good Morning,
We have activated AIOPS for NGFW Apps and normally onboarding about 2 weeks ago.
Yesterday I have an error when access to AIOPS for NGFW dashboard, the message is 'Unable to retrieve regional info. Please navigate to this application from the Application Hub to continue.'

Hello Priya.
I am also experiencing the same problem. First I was sending data to AIOps normally then we introduced CDL which was added to the AIOps settings. I have reviewed all setting for correctness. Unable to retrieve regional info is my error message.
