How to add devices properly in AiOps?
I have this client which he says no report is being seen for telemetry and data.
May I kindly ask how to do this properly?

Hello, I probably have the similar issue, mine is firewall has been onboarded but in menu Monitor - NGFW Devices, the data is empty, have you resolved the issue?

Hello, based on your screenshot, I can see there is delayed telemetry. You will need to check your telemetry settings to verify they are turned on.
Here are a few other things to look at:
>> Device cert showing 'Valid'
>> Telemetry Status showing 'Success'
>> If status is showing 'Failure' then check your system logs for a possible reason of failure.
