Currently I have dynamic updates installing on one of our firewalls. I would like to get those files from the dynamic update and save them to a network drive, where I can access those files and move them to air gapped firewalls.
I know I can do this manually by logging into paloalto but trying to automate this solution. Any help would be great.

You might have better luck doing this through Panorama.
Uploading the update through the API would be pretty simple, but downloading it through the support site automatically would take some work.

did you ever write a script to either upload or download the updates
we are also interested in loading them from a centralized location (local server) - without using panorama
