Can someone suggest to me which service I should use to replace Cisco PIX service ESP (split tunnel) ?
access-list outside_in permit esp host outsidehost host insidehost

Try ipsec, including ipsec-esp and ipsec-esp-udp.

You will have to use an application for this.
