panxapi -C fails with error on PanOS 4.1

panxapi -C used to work for me. Now that I've upgraded to 4.1 I get

I've successfully created a rule on my firewall using panxapi, but it puts the rule at the bottom.  How can I use panxapi to put a rule in a location other than the bottom (last) rule?

I am trying to run a perl script which uses “PAN::API” module to connect to Palo Alto firewall. I downloaded “Perl User-ID XML API.zip” and I tried to install PAN::API module by copying “API.pm” to “/usr/lib/perl5/5.10.0/”

Apparently the serial number of the device does not appear when retrieving device configuration thru rest api.

We are looking into changing from using the 4.0.8's XML API to 4.1.3's XML API and I was wondering what the new Force and Partial commits do? I don't see much in the documentation that explains the reasons and usages for these new features.

I'm using a user with read only permissions. User can login to GUI but fails to use the REST api via browser.

Is there a problem for such users to use the api?
