Our Always Innovating in NetSec blog series continues to spotlight how the Palo Alto Networks NetSec Platform delivers continuous value through cloud-delivered innovations that help customers stay ahead of evolving threats. This month’s edition showcased a wave of powerful advancements—enhancing threat detection, simplifying cloud security, and unifying digital experience monitoring. These innovations reflect our ongoing commitment to helping customers improve protection and operational efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Some of these highlights include deeper integration of Advanced WildFire in Strata Cloud Manager for faster, high-fidelity threat detection and streamlined protection with VM-Series now integrated on Nutanix NC2. Additionally, ADEM is now available on NGFW, providing IT teams with unified visibility into user experience across both SASE and branch environments. Together, these innovations reinforce the NetSec Platform’s promise: smarter, more adaptive security everywhere our customers operate.

Supercharging Threat Detection with Advanced WildFire in Strata Cloud Manager

New innovations in Advanced WildFire, now integrated into Strata Cloud Manager, deliver deeper visibility, faster threat analysis, and streamlined operations, enabling high-fidelity detection and response from a unified interface. Expanding AWF capabilities within the cloud management plane reinforces the NetSec Platform’s commitment to precision-driven protection, operational efficiency, and continuous innovation. This update empowers security teams to stay ahead of evasive threats while managing defenses at scale.

Secure Simplicity: VM-Series Now Integrated with Nutanix NC2 on AWS

Palo Alto Networks has introduced support for VM-Series integration with Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) on AWS, empowering organizations to simplify and secure their hybrid cloud deployments. With this integration, VM-Series firewalls can now act as the default gateway for NC2 instances, streamlining network architecture, improving operational efficiency, and delivering advanced threat prevention at cloud scale. This enhancement also helps reduce complexity and cost, giving enterprises greater control over their multi-cloud environments—without compromising security.

Unified Visibility, Delivered: ADEM Now Available on NGFW

Palo Alto Networks is extending the power of Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM) to Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), enabling IT teams to gain end-to-end visibility into user experience across both NGFW remote access and branch deployments. With this release, organizations can now monitor application performance for users connecting via NGFW Gateway or from an SD-WAN-enabled NGFW branch—unlocking a unified view across their SASE and NGFW environments. This deep, user-centric insight helps teams proactively detect and resolve performance issues, improve service quality, and deliver exceptional digital experiences—no matter where users connect.

As the threat landscape grows more sophisticated—with AI-powered attacks, hybrid mesh architectures, and multi-cloud complexity reshaping today’s security challenges—organizations need more than point solutions. They need a platform that evolves with the threat. The innovations highlighted this month reaffirm how Palo Alto Networks continues to lead the way, delivering intelligent, cloud-delivered capabilities that empower security teams to adapt faster, detect smarter, and protect everywhere.

From high-fidelity threat detection with Advanced WildFire to unified experience monitoring with ADEM, enabling cloud defenses with VM-Series, and next-gen software firewalls, the NetSec Platform is purpose-built to help customers stay ahead, no matter how threats evolve.

Stay innovative. Stay secure.

Until next time.
