We’re thrilled to share that LIVEcommunity is a finalist for Best Customer Support Community of the Year in the 2025 CMX Awards!

The CMX Awards celebrate excellence across the community industry, recognizing the achievements of standout communities, teams, and professionals. As the official online community of Palo Alto Networks, it’s an honor for LIVEcommunity to make it as a top-three finalist, especially as a first-time nominee. This nod from the CMX Awards is a reflection of the passion, expertise, and collaboration that defines our global community of customers, partners, and cybersecurity professionals.

In addition to our community's recognition, we’re also proud to highlight that Cheryl Rasmussen, LIVEcommunity’s Community Manager, was also a finalist for the Executive Leader of a Community Team award. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who voted for us and supported this journey. “This acknowledgement reflects what happens when a world-class team and a vibrant, engaged community come together with a shared mission: to empower, support, and share knowledge. I’m truly honored,” says Rasmussen.
