Enhanced Security Measures in Place: To ensure a safer experience, we’ve implemented additional, temporary security measures for all users.
We had an engaging and informative September session of the Fuel Workshop, focusing on GlobalProtect troubleshooting techniques over two insightful days.
On the first day, we welcomed Angelo Eisma, Staff Technical Support Engineer at Palo Alto Networks. He provided a comprehensive overview of how a GlobalProtect connection is established, detailing the information exchanged between the client and the gateway/portal. Participants gained valuable insights into the connection process, laying a solid foundation for troubleshooting.
Angelo also delved into real-world case studies, guiding attendees on how to analyze logs effectively to pinpoint issues. This hands-on approach enabled participants to understand the debugging process, equipping them with practical skills to tackle problems they may encounter in the field.
