In early February 2025, Fuel hosted another installment of the Fuel Workshop series, focusing on SD-WAN Branch Site Operations and Troubleshooting. Led by Faisal Mohammad, Staff Technical Support Engineer, this workshop resulted in a four-part video series designed to introduce you to SD-WAN and its key functionalities.

In the first session, Faisal Mohammad provides an overview of SD-WAN, its capabilities, and how to begin troubleshooting. He covers key terminology and definitions essential to understanding the SD-WAN environment, setting the foundation for the rest of the series.

Building on the introduction, Part 2 delves into interface types, port configurations, and circuit status monitoring to ensure proper connectivity. Faisal also walks through the basics of branch-to-branch routing, along with DHCP, SNMP settings, and policy configuration.

In the third session, Faisal explores troubleshooting strategies for identifying and resolving SD-WAN issues. He demonstrates how to use the Dashboard to monitor devices, branch sites, and alerts. The session also introduces the CLI (Command Line Interface) as a powerful tool for deeper insights and debugging.
