HI Team
We have a servers in the console with 2008 R2 OS version, so when we tried to upgrade the XDR agent version on these servers through console getting "unsupported older OS version". If XDR agent version expires on the server or machine we don't get updates so what is the remedy ?

@VineethArumulla Additionally you may use this https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Cortex-XDR-Compatibility-Matrix/Windows to check for supported agent version based on operating system.
And before installing 7.9CE if you are using 2008 R2 SP1 verify your server supports ACS.
