Hi all,
Is there any way to add comments to existing device exceptions? I haven’t found the option to do so.

Indeed, you currently cannot add comments.
If you think this would be a useful feature, you could request your associated Sales Engineer to raise a Feature Request indicating the use case of the feature. You can raise a support case for this as well.
