Cannot delete endpoint group

L3 Networker

Please note that this group is defined as an endpoint scope in the user permissions

Remove all references to this group before deleting.

I checked for scope references in user permissions and found none.

Am I missing something here?

I found that the group was defined as a scope in an expired API key and when I deleted the key, I could delete the group.

Yay me lol

Hello,

Can you please confirm, how are you verifying the same and what role do you have?

The Error mentions that there must be some user assigned to the group. If you are Account Admin or Instance Admin, please follow below instructions:

1. Go to Settings --> Configurations--> Access Management --> Users

2. Search Group name under Scope Column.

Please mark the response as "Accept as Solution" if it answers your query.

I am an account admin and the answer to your question is in my original post.

Hello Tom,

It seems the only possible reason for this error is there is some scope references. As you have already checked the same and due to limitations on LC, I would suggest you to check with Support Team, so that they can check your Management Console.
