Suddenly Cortex XDR blocked Trend Micro Apex One Services [TmCCSF.exe]

Hi @odweik, thanks for reaching us using the live community.

This kind of issues are usual when using two endpoint security solutions at the same time.

Please add a Exception going to Settings -> Exceptions configuration, go to "Legacy Agent Exceptions", then create a process exception like in this example:

- You can limite the Module Name only to the one that has blocked the Trend exe file.

- You can define a smaller Scope to test it first, then you can select your profile or apply this to the all the endpoints (as in the screenshot).
