Hello,
We have noticed a reoccuring issue between our clients, that a intel process is being blocked.
The main cause of it being blocked is IntelGraphicsSoftware.Service.exe with a path something like this - C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelArcSoftware_25.40.1953.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt\VFS\ProgramFilesX64\Intel\Intel Graphics Software\IntelGraphicsSoftware.Service.exe. The reason - Suspicious DLL detected (IntelGraphicsSoftware.Wrapper.IGCL.dll)- but looking through it, no malicious activities have been spotted.
I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this same issues and could it be ruled as a false-positive on Cortex XDR side?

Same here, when reviewing the case, Wildfire score is now Benign for DLL file

Hello,
I don't know if you still have the same issue. But we had a couple of alerts. (I am sure that Cortex has already whitelisted the DLL).
But this is what we did.
1. Go to intel.com --> Support --> Auto-Update your driver.
2. Click on "Download Now". Accept and install it.
2. Run it
