I am trying to install Cortex XDR in Windows 10, but I'm getting the following error: I tried different versions as well. Could anyone please provide guidance on this?

Please check on User temp folder or Temporary folder itself for the Cortex XDR install log.
You can also find the error logs in the link above for the installation requirements of Cortex XDR and some information that might help you with this.
If you wanted to you can get help for the support portal page so that a support engineer can help you out with the issue.

After having the same question and reading through the super-long doc on the topic linked in the other answer, thought I'd put the info right here so it's easier to find:
Cortex XDR installation log
Specifies any errors encountered during installation of agent components. Use this log file when you need to troubleshoot installation issues. On Windows endpoints, the installer stores the log files in the
%temp%
orC:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp
folder.
In my case (WS2019):
C:\Users\***>dir %temp%
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is ***
Directory of C:\Users\***~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2

11/12/2024 09:12 AM 0 MSI629b1.LOG
... and MSI135fd.LOG was what I needed.
