Cortex XDR - is it possible to set up the SLA like on XSIAM?

L1 Bithead

Hi,

Is it possible to set up the SLA like on XSIAM? The MTTR widget is now showing unrealistic results of respond time. Thanks

Hi @paIoaItonetworks

There is no SLA feature in XDR like in our other platforms. The way to go is integrate XDR with XSIAM or XSOAR.

You could be able to create some dashboards or custom reports that  can help you to have a view or a notification for the unattended incidents/alerts in X period of time, but of course this is a workaround.

If this post answers your question, please mark it as the solution.
