Hi team, I would like to inquire about formal information and guidance regarding the post-quantum cryptography (PQC) strategy within the Cortex XDR ecosystem.

What developments, features, or updates planned on the Cortex roadmap could you share with us?

Is there currently any functionality, pilot, or integration in the console or agents that addresses cryptographic agility or traffic inspection with PQC schemes?

If the answers to the above are affirmative, will there be any additional license or add-on required?

Greetings for the day.

• Cortex XDR currently has no dedicated PQC functionality, pilot, or PQC-specific traffic inspection.
• Communication and telemetry continue to use standard TLS and existing encryption mechanisms.
• TAC does not provide product roadmaps or PQC timelines; these are handled by Product Management/Architecture.
• There are no additional PQC licenses or add-ons for Cortex XDR today.
• For formal PQC/quantum-readiness documentation, compliance requirements, or roadmap information, customers should contact their Palo Alto Networks Account Team / SE.

In short: Cortex XDR does not currently offer a dedicated PQC capability. For official PQC strategy or roadmap information, the Account Team/SE is the right channel.
