Customize the Endpoint Isolation message

L1 Bithead

Hello once again,

Does anyone know if it is possible to customize the message that is sent to the endpoint when it is isolated?
Currently XDR just displays a message for 5 seconds that says 'The Cortex XDR agent has stopped network access on your device.' (screenshot attached)

The use case is to let the endpoint user know where to call for further steps/information.

Thanks for your help.

Hello!

Is this still possible? I can't find "Agent Security" under Configurations. Do I need special role/ privileges for this?

Hello,

yes it is still possible. You have to open the Agent Settings Profile, you won´t find this within the Configurations in the Settings.
Follow these steps:
Endpoints -> Policy Management -> Profiles -> Agent Settings Profile (the one, which is applied to your endpoints) -> User Interface -> Endpoint Network Isolation Notification

Hello @MikkelPloug ,

It is not under Configuration. It is agent setting profile under Policy Management. Please refer below screenshot:
