Dear Team,
I recently created some users, but I made some mistakes with data entry, so I deleted 1 user, leaving me with 2 users to be deleted. I would like to recreate the deleted user with the right information. But I'm experiencing some issues with error message "This mail is already registered with an account" Please i can i resolve this

Hello @A.Efobi ,

You have to Create New User in CSP if the user email ID has never been registered to Palo Alto Networks internal system before. 
If the user email ID has already been registered once, but has been removed from a CSP account, the user email ID still exist in the back-end system (though the user cannot login to Support Portal) so it does not have to be created again. If by a user registration you get the following notification, it means that the user email ID is known to PANW internal system. 

 

You need to click Members > Manage Users > Add User to Account if you want to add an already registered user to your CSP account. 
Members > Manage Users tab notifies you of the same.
