Hello Samuel,

Can you confirm, whether you have forensics addon license. To check, please follow below instructions:

Settings--> Cortex XDR License--> Check for Forensic under addons

If license is not there, please reach out to Accounts Team.

Hope this helps!

Hi Samuel,

What is your Cortex XDR management console user role? This may be related to user role or user scope assignments. I assume there might be some issues, so please contact your administrator.

Hi Samuel,

  1. Go to the Cortex XDR management console.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom-left corner.
  3. Click on your team's name.
  4. Then, click on "About."

After completing these steps, you will be able to see your Cortex XDR management console role. Please share this information as needed.
