Hello,
While initiating malware scan through policy, for certain endpoints the scan is not getting initiated, and the scan status is "None". How can this be resolved?

Scanning status even on initiation will change status only when the agent takes the command if the connection is successful. It takes some time for the agents to get the updated commands as agents check-in at heartbeat(5 minutes) only.
