Hello Bala,

Please refer to the article where our CSA has explained that, Adaptive Policy is established to address high CPU/memory detected.Setting the Adaptive Policy interval to zero (>cytool adaptive_policy interval 0) will disable Adaptive Policy from running from the next cycle and will disable the Adaptive Policy exception.

Greetings , Thanks for reply . This helps

Just one query , going by documentation provided , it seems that this is a product feature and not a configuration setting which can be set or managed at a tenant level for all endpoints like through Policy/Profiles ?  So this needs to be managed per device ? and only devices affected by it should be fixed case by case using CYTOOL ? please confirm my understanding . Thanks
