Hello, is there a way to compute the Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA) and Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) statistics of all the cases ?

You can obtain the MTTR for all incidents by leveraging the built-in widget called "Resolved Incidents MTTR".
Follow the directions as indicated in the screenshot below in numerical order and add it to a dashboard to be able to view it.
Use this guide to be able to add a widget to a dashboard. In addition, you can take a look at all the possible widget options here.
It is currently not possible to obtain MTTA.
