Alerts(incidents) are getting generated from the machines which are Not showing in the endpoints(Not reporting to console)list. what would the issue or backend path

Connectivity issues are commonly tied to a lack of access to various Palo Alto Networks resources to allow communication from the agent to the console. Please take a moment to review the Resources Required to Enable Access • Cortex XDR Pro Administrator Guide.
